FLORIDA, FEBRUARY 2015 – Ultegra Financial Partners, Inc. (“Ultegra”) has committed to providing bridge financing in the amount of $6.12M to the Florida-based marina real-estate company. Ultegra Financial Partners is a private investment bank that directly invests, participates in debt facilities, and arranges equity placements for small to lower middle market companies throughout the United States.

The company is currently developing a multi-purpose marina located in Florida. The marina will have an apartment complex, restaurant, and boat docks. In order to complete the development, the seasoned development company supporting the marina real-estate project needs to complete the acquisition of all outstanding land parcels in order to move forward with developing the project. The Florida company sought financing from Ultegra in the form of a bridge loan to propel the project to the next stage to be shovel-ready
