Educational Institution/Land Deal

COLORADO, DECEMBER 2014: Ultegra was the lead arranger for the Adventure Montessori land deal. The Ultegra team helped put together $5.5 million financing for the development and construction (from the ground up) for a pre-school and obtained a term loan of $500,000 in expansion capital.

The $5.5 million development and construction loan was obtained through a SBA 504 loan secured by owner occupied new construction, business assets and real estate. The $500,000 term expansion loan was secured by land-only.
